We are leading specialists in high quality television furniture and we go to great lengths to ensure everything we sell is of the highest quality. We have such confidence in our products we offer unrivalled warranty.
Prices and Payments
As you would expect all our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
We accept all major debit and credit cards and we require full payment prior to despatch.
We ship worldwide and payment is in £-Sterling.
Cabinet Furniture Orders
Upon order of bespoke furniture we forward colour samples for approval. We will not commence the build until we receipt your approval to proceed and in the event the sample does not meet your requirements we would provide a full refund of your deposit. Your television is easily installed into the cabinet and we provide comprehensive instructions, however, if you require installation we can arrange this on your behalf.
Non Faulty Goods Return Policy
Should you wish to return a lifting mechanism we will be happy to refund or exchange provided it is in fully resalable condition? Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt and in original undamaged packaging. The lift should be (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way and should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories. Goods are returned at your expense and the original delivery charge is non-refundable. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return goods contact us via e-mail or telephone and we will either make arrangements to collect the item or you can make your own arrangements for the return once we are notified, whichever method is more convenient to our customer. We require a 50% deposit upon order for all bespoke television furniture with the balance payable upon completion of the build. Our television furniture has unrivalled 2 years warranty.
On receipt of your lift purchase you should check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition. In the event the item is damaged you should contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make arrangements for a replacement. All collections are made Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
We offer unrivalled 18 months warranty on our lifting mechanisms and should a fault develop within the warranty period we will arrange for repair or replacement. All collections are made Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
All our bespoke cabinets are covered with 2 years unrivalled warranty. Should you experience a problem we would either collect the cabinet to enable the necessary repairs to be carried out or, if appropriate, repaired on site?
